Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using MathPops. These terms govern your access to and use of our application and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MathPops application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. License:
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Data Collections:
All data are stored and retrieved for your own viewing while using the app. MathPops will never share the data to other 3rd party or entities under any conditions.
4. Premium Services
MathPops offers a premium subscription which grants access to certain features, such as "Generate New Problem" or "Ask Genie". New users receive a initial offer period of premium services. After the initial offer period, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features at any time.
5. User Account:

6 App Usage:
You may be required to create an account and provide personal email information. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MathPops and its licensors. The Service will be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of applicable countries.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to attempt any unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
9. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall MathPops, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. App usgae is for informational purposes only.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activity. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code. Upload malicious software or engage in unauthorized data access
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms
15. Refund Policy
We offer 14 days refund period for the subsriptions or paid premium services. Please send us in email within 14 days from the date of activation. Any premium services will be automatically be unavailable once subscription has ended.
16. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content or AI suggestions
